Every day we see the impact home care has on people's lives - how it gives them hope, choice, connection and dignity. #Homecare saves money and removes pressure downstream on the healthcare system.
Patients deserve to get the #homecare they need. We have immediate capacity to deliver it, and are calling on the province to fund 16.5M more hours of home care over the next 3 years. Check out @CBCNews' piece on our #HomeNotHallways🏡campaign: #onpoli.
