@HSBC_IN x @hopper Multiple users, including myself, are facing persistent issues with your rewards portal powered by Hopper. All escalation channels including Hopper’s support line have been exhausted, with no clarity or resolution. This clearly points to a backend system
@HSBC_IN I’m unable to access the HSBC Rewards/Travel Marketplace via the HSBC India app. After clicking Redeem Reward Points, the page fails to load (blank/error). Multiple users are facing the same issue, Can you confirm if this is working in India & when it’ll be fixed?

Looks like HDFC wasn't kidding about that 18L spends. They've started tracking it. 😲 So that "internal" circular might come true soon I guess. The circular has been taken off, but it stated: Either spend 18L in the calendar year (JAN-DEC) OR maintain 1 Crore TRV. If not
