I made cottage cheese for the first time yesterday, it was easy! I just told Grok the kind of milk I had (3.25% buttermilk) and asked it how to make cottage cheese. Basically, heat it to 180F for 20 min or so, add a bit of salt, then cool and strain. That's it! Delicious :)
