To be a part of something so dramatically rewarding is the driving force that unites us and sustains us through the inevitable challenges of coral restoration and preservation.

We give them hope. We’re reaching out with our knowledge and skills to assist in an accelerated evolution designed to ensure the preservation of entire species. It is a global effort and it is working.

La destrucción causada por el aumento de la temperatura y la acidez, la sobrepesca y la escorrentía química han destruido más del 40% de los arrecifes del mundo en solo los últimos 20 años. Cada año se registran más y mayores pérdidas.

The consensus among international academics and restoration practitioners in the field, is that if we do not act immediately with the technologies known to us, the coral reefs on this planet will be entirely gone in the next thirty years. Together we can create a brighter future.

The destruction caused by temperature and acidity increases, overfishing and chemical run-off have destroyed over 40% of the world’s reefs in the last 20 years. Every year sees more and larger losses.

3) The building of the structures provide employment and actual entrepreneurial opportunities for the local community. The structures themselves, provide a place for fish to grow and breed bringing a much needed food source back from the brinks of collapse.

2) Not only do these structures provide a place for our coral transplants to grow and coral embryos to land and begin life, but they also help to improve and empower the lives of local Panamanians.
