I would add that Cuba had it's last lifeline cut, nobody is coming to save them, and they literally have a few weeks before the lights go out for good.
It deprived China, Russia, and Iran of a base of operation and allies. It’s going to stop some of the flow of drugs. It’s going to make oil more available, damaging our opponents. And it’s going to prevent the export of criminals who murder Americans. So, there’s your answer.
