I've been asked why @opendoor is re-shoring jobs to America? Answer: 1. Mexico offshoring was a bad idea in first place. Consultants tell you to do it, but bad idea. 2. AI has enabled us to make our jobs less toilful and more valuable. We can hire at higher salaries.
