those who will participate without a presentation, payment is kindly requested upon registration. between the 19th of May and the 4th of June, we can provide 80% reimbursement. after the 4th of June, unfortunately, we cannot refund the registration fee upon cancellation

Some important changes to the payment and cancellation policies and deadlines: for those who submit an abstract, the payment deadline is the 19th of May. before this point, for them, cancellation is free.

If you already registered on the old form, there is no need to do it again, your data will be transferred to the new system, and you will be contacted soon about how to proceed with the payment. Don't forget: Earlybird registration ends on the 30th of April.
