Gradually overcoming stage fright

The mind is such a strange place. Two days ago, I had a 6 hour streak where I felt this sudden cloud of unhappiness beset me. Happy in the morning. Late afternoon, ununderstandably sad. I couldn't figure it out. Then, I did a quick mind bing. "Where is this from?"

2019-2023. Those years really messed me up mentally.
