If you don't like it, there are so many better restaurants n places you can go. India feeds everyone based on their needs. Yes, hygiene is issue but our @fssaiindia is sleeping. Government has no guts to come up with resolution. If they do, many people will loose job!!
Could your stomach handle this hygiene? An elderly man makes egg toast at a Kolkata street stall. I, as a Japanese, couldn’t handle.
