4/5 Also Ross acting all high and mighty but she literally promoted her boyfriend but wouldn’t give Maya a fair hearing and she keeps saying how women should stand together and have each other’s backs. #Station19

3/5 Their excuse was she kept denying their help but Jake kept denying their help too but they still helped him. I know Andy is the main lead but they could’ve made her Captain without needing Maya to go through all that stuff. #Station19

2/5 Maya has literally kept supporting and helping everyone but when she needed her team they all turned a blind to Becket bullying her. I know blackmailing Ross is wrong but they still could’ve helped her, they could’ve complained about Beckett to Ross or something #Station19

1/5 Andy saying that she supported everyone but forgot that she didn’t even support Maya when she became Captain. She threw a tantrum & made everyone turn against Maya While in this episode you can see how Maya supported Andy right away when she became Captain. #station19

14/ Also I hope in season 7 they show more of Andy’s and Maya’s friendship just like in the earlier seasons and hope they make more scenes with Maya interacting with Vic. They’re all amazing actresses and we need more scenes of all three interacting together. #Station19

13/ And the irony is when Ross wanted the men from the big men’s SFD club house to have her back they didn’t which is exactly like the same way they didn’t with Maya. And I hope that shows her how unfairly she and the SFD in general treated Maya #Station19

12/ She’s all about female empowerment but instead of trying to help Maya against a misogynistic idiot(s) that treated her unfairly, she decides not to do so, so she can stay among the big men’s SFD club house. #Station19

11/ While Ross is a good Chief, she knew dating Sullivan shouldn’t happen and she did anyway and she also promoted him to Lieutenant even though he didn’t even apply for it while she has a 5 minute conversation with Maya and barely let her explain or defend herself. #Station19

10/ While trying to blackmail Ross and give Beckett alcohol is wrong on so many levels, it’s also true that Ross and Beckett played a part in that happening by Beckett bullying her for months and Ross not giving her a proper hearing #Station19

9/Ross telling Becket what Maya tried to do lead to him bullying her & neither of them have apologized to Maya for their part in her mental nervous breakdown. Ross talks a big game about the rules but she had no problem breaking them herself to date Sullivan #Station19

8/ I would also like to point out that her teammates barely helped while she was getting bullied for months & I know she kept pushing them away but Jack did the same thing and they were all there for him #Station19

7/ the failed pregnancy attempts with her childhood trauma of being taught losing isn’t an option is what caused her to start spiralling out of control which lead to her trying to blackmail Ross and give alcohol to Becket and distance herself from Carina…#Station19

6/ btw she helped Sullivan stay as a firefighter and at 19 and what does he do, he throws her under the bus the first chance he gets. Also she kept putting her Captaincy on the line for her teammates & even her wife #Station19

5b/And her punishment was being demoted for a year but even after she served her punishment, she didn’t get her Captaincy back because of a bunch of misogynistic a-holes that had it in for her including Dixion

5a/ Sullivan’s drug addiction put himself, his teammates and civilians at risk and he was given a chance to defend himself and he got a hearing. Where Maya didn’t put anyone in danger she defied the Chief’s orders to save a life. #Station19

4/ While Maya was told that if she accepted her demotion Andy could be allowed to come back to 19 which she wasn’t & got transferred to 23 instead & she would get a chance to get her Captaincy back after a year but she wasn’t given that chance or a hearing. #Station19

3/ Beckett kept making mistake after mistake even being the cause of someone dying and he wasn’t reprimanded until the mutiny and even then he was given the option to get help and if he did he can get his Captaincy back but he ended up stepping down. #Station19

2/ I hope they open the door for Maya to advance in her career not just her personal life. So many people relate to her and they can use her to show that women can have a career and a family at the same time not just one or the other. #Station19
