The private sector builds for profit. Full stop. It’s not a flaw, it’s a business model. But 🏠 is a human need, not just a product. Gov’t can step in where the market fails because it doesn’t have to turn profit. Expecting developers to lose $ to solve a public crisis is silly.

Not sure who missed the “lock ‘em up” memo but the police have never gotten rid of drugs in jails. So… sending people to jail doesn’t mean they get sober, either. Try again!

Rally is not afraid to confront Advance Regina and Common Sense Regina on public policy but they’d have to show a backbone and show their faces first.
