CAMBOURNE STATUS.At a meeting of Cambourne Parish Council on Tuesday 5th March 2019 Cambourne Parish Council voted to become Cambourne Town Council. To represent a Town of four villages (Great Cambourne, Lower Cambourne, Upper Cambourne and West Cambourne).

Watched these kids growing from my Kitchen to this platform today, presenting their work at the Department of Engineering, Cambridge University and returning home with the Regional league trophy 🏆. Well done Cambourne Team, CERC @CambourneTime @CambourneParish 👏👏👏👏👏

A reminder that the Christmas tree recycling point will be at the Hub until Monday 14th January, after which the trees will be shredded and used as mulch around Cambourne.

Back Lane will be closed from 12pm until 10pm on Saturday 3rd November due to set up for Cambourne Fireworks. Diversions will be in place for Eastgate, Jeavons Lane and High Street. Please remember there is no parking, vehicles can be parked at Morrisons or the Hub car park.

Cambourne Fireworks Display 2018.This Saturday, 3rd November, sports pitches on Back Lane 🎆 open from 5.30pm, firework display at 7.30pm (weather dependent).Free to attend, donations welcome! Arrive early to get a good spot. Cambourne residents please walk if possible.

This afternoon we are meeting with young people at the skatepark to consult them on what equipment they would like to replace the old skatepark. Ideas can be emailed to community@cambourneparishcouncil.gov.uk. We will be investigating all ideas given.
