Resident Doctor on @TimesRadio Breakfast who’s not going on strike this week: “Yeah, ‘man goes to work’ doesn’t usually get you on the radio but that’s where I am this week.” Describes Government offer as “reasonably pragmatic.”

I just want to say that I am full of admiration for Danny, who is a hugely kind and clever man. Some of the responses to this video are no more than disgraceful, knee-jerk racism from the angry and intellectually-challenged. It shouldn’t be shocking that it exists, but it is.
“When my grandfather was having an argument with a Zionist in the 1930s, Israel hadn’t been created yet. They still managed to have a Holocaust at that point.” @Dannythefink says he no longer feels safe in London after the Bondi Beach attack. @KateEMcCann | @StigAbell

One of my favourite Christmas days is when @LordMcConnell and Nicky Morgan - on air every Friday @TimesRadio - pop by and we exchange Christmas presents (and chat about the news). They give us ours in House of Lords bags. They get theirs in an old ice cream tub. @Chloetilley

If MPs were being approached it is not credible that the MP at the top of the ballot was “missed off”. @CalumAM asking the questions that need to be asked…
At the end of this clip @kimleadbeater describes @jessicaelgot’s reporting re a “private approach” as “total nonsense”. Pretty straightforward. Either the Guardian printed an untruth or Leadbeater just uttered one.

"You're creating a hierarchy. You're saying because you're working with Government departments that your amendments are more important than the peers who are expressing their expertise." Kim Leadbeater: "Well of course they are." https://t.co/QOSOOFGM6t

NEW: Labour voters from last year are more likely to trust the SNP to stand up for Scotland's interests than they are to trust Labour to do so. "Among those who voted for Labour in July 2024, 30% trust the SNP the most and just 23% trust Labour the most." Mark McGeoghegan from

"On the precise issue of a majority in Holyrood, that certainly would improve their position." Reform UK's Malcolm Offord joins us after his defection, and considers his previous comment that a second independence referendum would have to be "earned," in light of John Swinney's

This from @HolyroodSources is very good. It is the same issue since time immemorial, regardless of your constitutional view, that bubbles up in the end. Doesn’t matter your industry, it is a fact compounded by devolution. You could fill a book with names of people who think
🆕"People down there couldn't care less about what happens in Scotland. Will you be any different?" @geoffaberdein challenges Reform UK's @Malcolm_Offord to stand up for Scotland: "I can have a row, can't I? At least I know what I'm having a row about!" "If there's a big
