Crews will pave the outside northbound lane of U.S. 395 through the Tom's Place intersection in Mono County today and access to Owens Gorge Road will be temporarily affected. Crews will switch to the inside northbound lane tomorrow.

SCE estimates this work will continue through the end of October. There are no planned power outages on the circuit scheduled for the next two weeks, but more outages are expected in the coming months as SCE replaces more lines with covered conductor. (3/3).

Just ahead of the busy #IndependenceDay weekend, the Crestview Rest Area has reopened to the traveling public. The rest area closed last week for SCE electrical work and to serve as a staging area for firefighters cleaning up after the #DryFire. (1/3)

The northbound outside lane of U.S. 395 from just north of the Tom's Place intersection to just south of the South Landing Road overcrossing in Mono County is CLOSED 24 hours a day until Wednesday, July 9 for pavement rehabilitation. The Tom's Place intersection will remain open.
