Great question here. Mindset, meals and movement. Mindset for me is the most important. It comprises of your reason WHY. Make the WHY positive. For me, it was as selfish as wanting a 6 pack before I’m 40. Figure out your reason why and the how will take care of itself.
How do people make big changes with diet/exercise and stick to it? I’ve tried it all and never have a lightbulb moment for long enough to keep it up or off. Tips please people- please don’t tell me to love myself that’s not the advice I’m here for. No gym as in #tier4
