As a result of the delay on the 30 we missed the connection onto the last X53 of the evening back to Weymouth, as a result Weymouth sent an extra bus out to Axminster to rescue and drop off the stranded passengers 🚌

An eventful journey on the 30 from Taunton to Axminster. Firstly getting stuck at the scene of a road closure, then the driver running out of hours and passengers being asked to leave the bus and stand on the side of a dark road for 45 mins while awaiting a replacement driver
