Got back from Bologna, glad I ended up going, Sunday all my opponents were great! Overall, I like the game itself a lot, there’s some things around the game that probably need some fixing (time, rules/judging, side events u can’t register for, q’s) but looking forward to Lille!

Someone said they almost got best-of Darius and I was like ok show me what this deck does please cause I have no idea and we have over an hour before our flight 😂

I generally let people get away with the first thing as it’s often a genuine mistake, just got stuck in a loop here where ‘I didn’t call judge from the start so he won’t get punished and prob turns into a bigger asshole’, but should have def just called one the second time

I said going 1st G2 before seeing fields, then he wouldnt let me change after he showed He tried to draw cards on effs that don’t draw Drew extra card for turn Underpaid for cards Shoulda called a judge from the start, that’s def on me, bht haven’t had this exp in a while 2/2

Dropped at 4-3 at Bologna RQ today, 6/7 of my opponents were overall very nice, just the last one kind of soured the whole day for me. He played slow so G1 took 40 mins, then starting from battlefield selection sharked or tried to cheat me at every opportunity. 1/2

Saw Andrea post one of these so I was curious to see where the heck I went to this year. Traveled a lot more than any prior year which was an amazing experience, got to meet a lot of great people and had a lot of great food. Hope to travel as much (or maybe even more?) next year!

Just noticed this page now says includes VAT (see quoted tweet for screenshot of what it looked like yesterday) next to the price. Hope this means we will get the extra VAT we paid back! It's a solid 110€ that would be nice to get back for the Premium badge😂
