We never thought we’d ever tweet about a tree, but awareness about this scandalous act needs spreading far and wide. So devastating to see. What the hell is wrong with people?
Officers have condemned the vandalism of an iconic #Northumberland tree and vowed to bring anyone responsible to justice. A full investigation has been launched after the Sycamore Gap Tree was felled overnight in what police believe to be a deliberate act of vandalism. (1/3)

I’ve been looking at my school diary from 1969 and found a possible connection for this cup final. Prince Charles invested as Prince of Wales 1969, coronation as King this year. 🤞it’s a positive sign.
