I have to say the most frustrating part of this new recruiting process is the lack of effort on many of the players sides. The blame goes to landscape with college roster size, NIL, age, eligibility but biggest issues IMO are on players not trying hard enough. Fight or flight!

Had a good couple of games today at the @DcpShowcase this morning. Had 2 good at bats barreling up a pitch sending it back up the middle for a line drive single. Also has a deep fly out that I connected well with sending it into deep left centerfield. @C_Lope6 @appo_baseball

Just in case any coaches out there need this: Don't ever think that game or a season can ever measure or define what you do for kids. That will be measured one day in Gods Kingdom and He will say to you, "Well done my faithful servant". Keep your heads up. #Perspective
