I'm not sure what it is about these building on Olive St. but with @stlCITYsc's @stlCITYPARK just down the street, I feel like these buildings shouldn't be empty. Sam Light is large enough for a restaurant, bar, music venue, the other two; coffee shop/bakery, sandwich shop, ???.
