We’re so happy to have been awarded @TNLComFund funding for our project, The heart of the Community: Calon y Gymuned. The work will start in May for 3 years to develop community wellbeing ambassadors. Thank you to everyone that has supported us. Diolch yn fawr i chi gyd! 🙏
