Thanks to the SAFER Program, over 3M Californians now have access to clean water, restoring 350+ water systems with $1B in funding for small, disadvantaged communities. But we’re not done yet—the.@CaWaterBoards estimates $5.5 billion is still needed to ensure clean water for all.
