East Rim Trails are OPEN on 4/15/24. Lamb Loop has a large tree down at 1.8 miles. Ride heads up there is debris and some wet spots but 90% very good. Enjoy this until the next storm!

Trail monitor assistant Hazel reports that the East Rim trails are open today 7/5/2024, but warns they are a little damp in spots so be careful on rocks and bridges!

CVNP East Rim Trail is OPEN. Tree down 1.3 miles in clockwise (Tuesday direction) and on the access road coming up from the Edson cutouts. Leaves were blown off on Phase 1, Edson and all but a one mile section of Phase 2. Enjoy the incredible week of riding ahead of us!

CVNP EAST RIM is OPEN!
1. The trail crew has been hard at work and everything is tuned up. Take it easy your first lap.
2. Early spring conditions exist. Please ride straight through the wet areas.
3. The park is packed with tourists. Be kind and welcome them.

East Rim Trails are Open 8/26/23. Please be aware of a tree across Lamb Loop at 1.3 marker and around 1.9 marker. NPS has been notified. Also a lot of small debris so please kick it off as you ride. There are some trail workers out now so ride heads up. Enjoy
