Wide and I are spending some QT in Mystic for the weekend with no kids. Went out for a beautiful run this am! It was chilly but nice. However, my right knee is bothering my after our messages. Bizarre. #running #runningdad

What a great run today! I swear I didn’t want to go but the weather was perfect,the run was great except when my GPS lost satellite connection at mile 6/7. All of us who ran during the summer month, we earned these cooler temp runs and now the beach. #running #runningdad #10miles

It’s been a while but I’ve still been running, a crazy busy summer! today’s run was so slow & not for the faint of heart. I slept in today & soon regretted it when I started my run at 10 but now I’m at the beach, solo-kids and wife are at the inlaws today lol #running #runningdad
