Sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) is the third leading cause of death in the U.S. Survival depends on people nearby calling 911, starting CPR, and using an AED. When bystanders intervene immediately by giving CPR, survival rates double or triple. https://t.co/VjD3OwSciA

Your health, your questions. Whether you’re at the doctor’s office or reviewing test results online, it’s your right to understand your care. Ask providers to explain things in plain language—because informed patients make stronger decisions. 💪 #KnowYourHealth

Every year, about 3,500 U.S. infants die from sleep-related causes. Always place babies on their backs to sleep — for naps and nighttime. Use a firm, flat sleep surface with no soft bedding. Avoid overheating and keep the sleep environment smoke-free. https://t.co/ElC86g3AxS

A common source of exposure is lead paint, which was used inside and outside many homes built before 1978. If you plan to renovate, be sure to hire an EPA RRP-certified renovator who is required to use lead-safe work practices to keep your family safe. https://t.co/AKkChTVvDS
