Had another great meet taking 1st in conference for both shot and disc along with a huge pr of 168 is disc. I'm excited to see what will happen at sections next week‼️

I had an awesome day in the shot out with a pr of 56'9.5 which puts me at 6th in the state. I had a warmup throw that was high 50's if not 60's. Looking forward to see what I can do this Friday at true team state. @KatoEastFB @EastCougarTrack
