Again a gross generalisation!! If service is available n is utilised its not gaming How many young / mid aged … healthy ppl hv u seen taking advantage of wheelchair? Most adult gets exhausted n seek assistance in km long walk way to gate in Indian airport …
Sharing for sake of alternative point of view. Many valid points here by @vivekagnihotri Also would like to add, if navigating airports seems complex, there are services like Pranaam available, people just don't like to pay for them/ find them expensive.

Mr. @chetan_bhagat - I am physically Handicapped… but I can walk … n walk decent enough So when I m using wheelchair at airport, m I misusing the facility n gaming the system? Or I m eligible What’s ur parameter? Those who can’t walk or those who are physically disabled?

Dear @RailMinIndia if a passenger has lost original ticket… but has pic of it in phone n also valid photo identification proof n also soft copy of ticket TTE is asking them to get out of train n harassing. Please look into it A friend with his parents is being harassed by TTE

Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw and @RailMinIndia what is this harassment and nonsense. I talked to TTE now he is showing an old order of 2023 and just speaking out of rules prospect. Travelling with 70 year old people when flight got cancelled and the TTE is just speaking nonsense!
