Join us at our 6,000 square foot ecocultural garden! Snacks and refreshments will be provided. Our garden educates about Indigenous communities and their agricultural methods. Everything grown in the garden is carried out sustainably to benefit the garden’s natural habitat!

This past weekend, Pearl Harbor survivor Earl “Chuck” Kohler, 100, flipped the switch to illuminate the Mount Diablo Beacon during our annual National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day event. Kohler is one of only 16 known American military survivors of the Pearl Harbor attack.

To honor those who died in the attack on Pearl Harbor, our Concord Center will host the annual Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day event. Held every December 7th, the ceremony typically concludes with a lighting of the Mount Diablo aviation beacon.
