As COO you will work for and refer directly to the CSPPA Board of Players. Working closely with the Board and the membership, you will be asked to help organize members of the CSPPA in topics that impact their professional lives, their wellbeing and the integrity of the industry.

the competitive year into two more evenly filled seasons. Going forward the CSPPA will be engaging in dialogue with @CSGO and other community stakeholders to better align the CS:GO Majors with the Summer & Winter Tournament breaks.

After consulting with TO's, the Players & other community members the CSPPA has decided to set the 2023 Summer tournament break from June 12th till July 9th. Compared to the 2022 Summer break, which is from July 18th till August 14th, this splits up.
