Errors are on the scoreboard for a reason, they happen. There are only two types, mental and physical. Physical errors just happen, flush em. Mental errors show coaches where we need to practice more, so the error exposed a weakness we can now address. Let it go and play on.

Pitchers. If you are struggling in an inning and someone yells out "Just throw strikes" call time, walk over to that person and say, "Thanks. I was up there struggling and it never occurred to me to just throw a strike. You are the real hero.".
