MCA portal is again on ventilator due to DPT-3 filing I guess but interesting thing here is that up to 30 Jun only 30-40% of companies file their form and site is not working. What will be the condition of the site once annual filing peak pressure is there. God save professionals

I know God is looking and he has his own ways to punish bad people responsible for the troubles of professionals. I really pray he does, because in my 11years of professional career these last 3 years were like a nightmare which still goes on. Happy Diwali to fellow professionals

It was prudent for MCA to extend the date last Saturday only so that professionals can make for lost family and festive opportunities but only God knows why they didn't. Why and whom they want to please by not accepting the fact that portal has issues.

Filing No shown by MCA does not show the family time missed by professionals in this festive season, Kids waiting for their professional parents, father waiting for his professional son/daughter for Diwali work.

October month is a festival month like Navratri Dusshera Diwali etc and its also compliance month ITR Audit case, GST monthly and quarterly return, TDS Return, AOC-4, LLP Form 8, MSME-1, PAS 6 and many routine compliance as well. Professionals worked very hard for compliance.

Appreciate that this year MCA helpdesk has been proactive in listening and addressing issues of stakeholders. Thank you.

This form is related to state of Arunchal Pradesh so PF ESI should not be applicable and drop down option should be hided. @HelpdeskMCA21V3 @MCA21India please resolve issue urgently.

Interesting to note here is that IP India portal also uses the same bharkosh payment gateway and cooling period there is 1 hour but MCA restricts it for 4 hours. Humble suggestion to @MCA21India @HelpdeskMCA21V3 please reduce it to one hour.

MCA never disappoints. Resubmission Remark says name recommended for approval. It just takes minutes for them to send form for resubmission but creates unnecessary troubles for professionals and stakeholders. @HelpdeskMCA21V3 @MCA21India
