@FollowCSA Super Spartan 10K in Penn was THE adventure! We faced 25 challenging obstacles across 2 mountains at 2,937 feet @Stabone2 & I took on the tough terrain, dense forests, humidity, heat, relentless sun, conquering most of obstacles & finishing strong 🙏🏽

The @followcsa running team ran @nyrr Brooklyn half this AM. Our hearts go out to the loved ones of the runner who tragically passed during the race. May you rest in power 🙏🏽 A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers and spectators—God bless 🙏🏽.
