Everyone at lan this weekend may have seen the army of @TeamFactor folks- yall don’t understand these people are different- so happy to be a part of something genuinely special having been in the scene for so long, I don’t see it in every org I’ve been in (and I’ve been in many)

I'm really hoping we have a big crowd for the stage matches with such impressive teams set to attend. One thing I've always wanted more of from FRAG events is a strong fan presence and experience and this LAN may be the best change to have a legitimate filled venue.

So funny how it takes me 22 hours to get there and an hour and 25 minutes to get back lol

Arrived at the airbnb- Travel day 6am wake up to 4:45 am in bed. 5 delays, one cancellation, one midair reroute, 3 flights, sprained ankle that is definitely fucked way worse now. But I made it see yall at lan tomorrow

Flight 1 finally taking off- Missed connection and next flight tomorrow morning is full. Other flight options have 6 hour layovers in Chicago.

Don't get upset at your teammates for doing something wrong that they didn't know, even if you saw them do it correctly before. The goal should be to positively reinforce things they are unintentionally doing well instead of only waiting to criticize it when they fail. Postive

With this being said: @TeamFactor is LF1 star rifle effective immediately for Frag Block and for our team. We play all LANs and qualis and have a season of work under our belts in spite of some last minute role/timing issues that cost us a lot throughout this season. DM ME

Lastly, we will be bringing @P3nnyCS with us to play Knox in place of Dug!

Just a quick update, we as @TeamFactor after not meeting the results we had hoped to have effective immediately moved @dugggy_cs to the bench, among other changes. He grew a lot over his time on our team. We wish him the best with moving into college and moving forward!
