💙 Thanks to all our amazing #Sheffield volunteers who help keep the canal & towpath looking so great! 🍂 Clearing leaves & trimming back vegetation at this time of year provides more space along the towpath for walkers, runners & cyclists and reduces slippery conditions.
Today's Towpath Taskforce session used workboat 'Hawk' to convey volunteers & tools from Tinsley to Pinfold Bridge. Our task was to maintain & tidy the towpath access area including the upper hedgerow and the leaf strewn access steps themselves. @CRTYorkshireNE
