Try going one day without eating meat! If you enjoy the challenge of shaking up your meal routine, make #MeatlessMonday a regular part of your week. You can also try going dairy free or added-sugar free. Plan ahead and go meatless next Monday. #MHM2021 @MeatlessMonday

Walking is the most underrated form of exercise, find new ways to get in more #steps during the day. Take walking lunch breaks, park your car further away in parking lots, and take the stairs instead of the elevator. #MHM2021 https://t.co/gIaUYukeXl
