Today we celebrated the official ribbon cutting for Arbors at West Avenue—the first rental rehabilitation project completed with support from the City’s 2022 Affordable Housing Bond! This project brings 234 newly rehabilitated rental homes to the community!

D1 Residents, Street construction is coming soon to several areas in the Maverick Neighborhood, including Kings Grant, Lancashire, Oak Downs, and Overbrook as part of a pavement preservation project. Work is scheduled to begin Thursday, April 17th.

District 1, Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) is gearing up for track work at Fredericksburg Road, starting as early as April 18, 2025. This project includes site work, track removal, and reconstruction to improve rail infrastructure in the area.
