The 41st Meeting of the Follow-up Committee has commenced today at the Ankara Hilton Hotel.

The Meeting, in which Member Countries shared their knowledge and experiences regarding housing strategies, was enriched by a “good practice” presentation delivered by @Toki_Kurumsal #COMCEC #OIC.

The 24th Meeting of the COMCEC Poverty Alleviation Working Group was held virtually on 24 April 2025, with the theme of “Decent Housing for the Poor in the OIC Member Countries”.

The 24th Meeting of the COMCEC Transport and Communications Working Group was held virtually on 24 April 2025, with the theme of “Enhancing and Sustaining Rural Accessibility in the OIC Member Countries”.

The Working Group discussed the issue of strengthening the resilience of family farmers and small-scale producers in the agriculture and food sectors.

23rd Meeting of the COMCEC Financial Cooperation Working Group was held with the theme “Promoting Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly Islamic Financial Instruments to Combat the Adverse Effects of Climate Change and Natural Disasters in the OIC Member Countries.”

The Member Countries shared their knowledge and experiences regarding export strategies at the Meeting. Presentations delivered by @UNCTAD and @deikint reflected the perspectives of international organisations and the private sector, thereby enriching the discussions.

The 24th Meeting of the COMCEC Trade Working Group was held virtually on 21 April 2025, with the theme of “Developing/Improving Export Strategies in the OIC Member Countries”.

The 24th Tourism Working Group Meeting was held virtually today, themed “Improving the Quality and Sustainability of Heritage Tourism in OIC Countries.” The meeting was attended by 19 Member States and CCO, OIC, SESRIC, and IRCICA representatives.

On April 8, 2025, 70 experts from 23 project owners participated in an online training session on implementing the COMCEC Project Funding. Key topics included roles, monitoring, reporting, critical issues, and PMIS basics.
