If you plan on purchasing a physical ticket at a Ticket Vending Machine (TVM), you will need to go to the west side of the station as the east side does not currently have a TVM.

Brentwood I-64 MetroLink Station Update: As of 8/14/25, the east entrance to the MetroLink platform is reopened. Riders no longer need to use the Metro shuttle van to travel to the west entrance to enter the platform. (Cont. ➡)
