YES! We need to fix the problem with the oversight of cyber in the same vain that the Flexner Report overhauled the medical profession!
One idea being batted around: tweaking the structure of Congressional oversight of cybersecurity issues, perhaps taking inspiration from the select committees on intel: “There is near unanimity on the desire … to fix the problem whereby the oversight of cyber is disparate..."
