[8/10/2025 11:50AM] The small number of customers were resolved around 11:15AM. The root cause was a squirrel that created an equipment fault. Thank you for your patience.

[8/10/2025 10:05AM] As of 9:33AM, most customers' power has been restored. There are small number of customers we are still working on.

[8/10/2025 8:10AM] We are aware of a large outage near the center of town. Crews are investigating, and we will post updates when we have more information.

[4:50 PM] Nearly all customers impacted have power now. Some customers were directly connected to a transformer on a pole that needed to be replaced, so crews will work on restoring those next. Thank you to the crews working all day!.

[8/2/2025 7:00AM] A large tree took down lines and poles around 533 Bedford St. This will take hours to sort out, so please bear with us while crews safely remove the tree and restore service.

[7/31/2025 5:00PM] The vast majority of customers are back now. Customers in the area of Cottage Street are still down as crews continue to work to set a new pole and replace a transformer.

[7/31/2025 4:00PM] We are investigating a large electrical outage in Concord. CMLP crews are en route to evaluate.

[8:34pm] Power has been restored. The cause was a blown fuse on a feeder. Thank you for your patience, and thank you to the crews working in these conditions.

[8:00PM] Crews have identified a blown fuse and are working on repairs. We will update when the power is back on.

[6/24/25] We have an outage of over 200 customers near the center of Concord. Crews will evaluate, make sure the scene is safe, and then work as quickly as possible to restore power. The outage map can be found here:

[6/19/2025] There is an outage of about 25 customers in the area of N Branch Rd. Crews were dispatched shortly after 9:30am and will work toward restoring power as soon as possible.

6/8/2025: Due to a transformer failure, crews have deenergized a portion of Concord Greene while they replace it. It should be out for about an hour (posted at 1:45pm).
