Following a review of our canal side development, located just outside Sandbach, a redesign now provides the concept of a floating house, which has now been submitted to planning.

After a busy start to 2024, delighted to see a selection of our bespoke dwellings starting on site in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Handover now complete of our redevelopment of Bay Chambers, a key historic building in Cardiff Bay. The scheme has created 44 one and two bedroom social rented apartments for @CadwynHA . Well done to everyone involved!

Pre-application enquiry submitted on this potential scheme of 18 new apartments in Cardiff. Fingers crossed for a positive outcome!

Concept application submitted for a development of 30 new homes in the Vale of Glamorgan

Excellent progress being made on our scheme of 54 new affordable homes at Hayes Wood in Barry, for the Vale of Glamorgan Council.

Handover now complete of our development of 35 new affordable homes in Rhydyfelin for @HafodHousing. The scheme is made up of a mixture of houses, apartments and bungalows with a number of homes being adapted to meet specific needs.

Great to finally get planning submitted for a new bespoke house on this fantastic canal-side site just outside Sandbach, which previously housed the cooling ponds for a now redundant power station

Working with Caredig Housing Association and Life Property Group, we have now submitted a pre-application for a scheme of 34 new affordable homes on this former Brownfield Site in Bonymaen, Swansea

Following the completion of phases 1 and 2, we were delighted to achieve full planning approval for the next phase of development at Ithon Road, Llandrindod Wells for @NewyddHousing. The scheme will include a mix of 79 apartments & houses, with strong emphasis on sustainability.

After a (very) lenghty planning process we are thrilled to finally have full planning approval for our scheme of 17 new affordable homes in Wick for @WWHA. A great team effort to get this one over the line!

We have just assisted Cardiff Council with a full application for 52 modular homes at the former Gas works site off Ferry Road. The scheme is part of the Welsh Governments strategy for homelessness provision and provides a safe haven for homeless families in Cardiff.
