It’s January 2nd and today we start planning for tourney 2026. As said many times 2026 will be our 50th tourney (No tourney in 20 & 21 due to Covid) We will be planning a big celebration along with inducting our 3rd HOF CLASS.

Thanks, Rick. Ditto. As many know it’s a labor of love for us and something we always want to make better each year. There is a reason it’s the BEST HOLIDAY TOURNEY around - and can’t thank the Daher Family and @shopuslast for their support!

As we wind down our coverage we would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. Thank you for making the 2025 Tourney a major success

Tourney 2026 will mark our 50th Tourney ( 2 tourneys were cancelled due to Covid) Tourney 2026 we will also be inducting our 3rd Hall of Fame Class ( Nomination details coming this spring) We are also going to unveil a long overdue Tourney Website in early 2026

Thank you to my co-chair Rich Napolitano. Nobody knows the amount of time he puts in from January to December to pull off this tourney. I know Andrew Chaban gets a kick out of our back and forth relationship but there is no one other than the Red Storm that I would ride with.

Thank you to Committee member Andrew Chaban. The CEO of Princeton Properties spends 3 days getting food, opening doors, meeting with officials, getting ppl off the baseline. I can tell you there is not another CEO giving his time and effort like Andrew. Lucky to call him a friend

Thank you to committee member Casey Grange. Everyone knows Casey as the talented basketball coach ?administrator from Central Catholic but the work behind the scenes she does for this tourney is incredible. Her graphics on scheduling/ results etc are top notch. Thank you Casey

Thank you to the legendary official tourney photographer Bryan Thomas of Mobile Magic Sports. B spent all three days snapping pics. The man is a talented artist and an even better person. B will be helping us put together a long overdue website. Keep being you B

Thank you to what I call the gymrats. The pure hoop fans that take in our tourney cause you love the game, our tourney and the kids who play the game. So great to reconnect with so many gymrats over the last three days. We will see you in 2026

Thank you to the fans that packed the Hammel and Lawler all three days. It is early but looking like numbers maybe an all time high over three days. Thank you for supporting not only your sons/daughters but also the spirit of the tourney

Thank you to the 240 student athletes that participated in Tourney 2025. You are who we do this for. I hope the tourney was a wonderful experience. Underclassmen we hope to see you in 2026. To the seniors I hope you will carry the memories of CMCC as you head off to college/work

Thank U to the 16 coaching staffs: From Head Coaches to assistants to managers, thank you for believing in our tourney & everything that goes into it. Most of you we call friends & it's the relationships that keep this tourney alive & meaningful. Good Luck the rest of the season

We also thank Charlie for annually giving $16,000.00 in scholarships. 1 player from each team receives a $1,000.00 Scholarship. Another thing that makes this tourney so special

There are not enough words when it comes to talking about Charlie Daher of @shopuslast The man is the reason we have the tourney. He believed in our plan to restore the tourney. He not only backed it up financially but he always has our back as we continue to improve THANK U CD
