So excited to announce I matched Internal Medicine at @IUMedSchool in Indianapolis! I was super impressed with the culture of the program and hematology wards are also a plus! #MatchDay2025 #match2025 #medtwitter

To educate the public… there is a difference between graduate school and getting a professional degree. I got 50% off tuition for my masters degree because it was research based and I “worked” in the lab. That is not how medical school works. We are paying to work.
Maybe you should've gone somewhere where you stood out enough for them to pay for your graduate education?.

I’m really just posting facts and people are saying I’m complaining about having to pay this back?? No, I’m complaining about how expensive education is. Something we can all agree on.
For the people who voted to cap student loans…this is how much a BS, MS, and doctorate degree costs. Way more than $200,000.

RT @fuqekgs: Yeah it's because they want to keep the low income students (specifically minorities) out of medicine, let's be real.

I worked at a clinic where many of the patients were “illegal”. Not a single one of those people had healthcare. But they did have jobs and worked their butts off everyday.
@JamesTate121 Medicaid for those who qualify isn't being slashed. Medicaid for illegals is, though.

But when is he going to portray Black women that are no longer struggling? There are many of us who are (now) educated and/or not low income. Tyler Perry continues to spread the stereotype that Black Women deserve nothing but stress.
Tyler Perry on why he always portrays Black women struggling in his movies:. "I'm doing a service to all people, paying homage to my mother, aunt, and sisters — the things they all went through"
