CMA secured unanimous approval at Southwark Planning Committee this week for a co-living scheme in Canada Water. The proposal, by Stephen Marshall / BD Landscape for Scape, will deliver 135 rooms in a 14 storey block plus commercial space and amenity space for future residents.

CMA secured approval for 2 schemes at Waltham Forest this week. First was a proposal by Dowen Farmer for Manak Homes to redevelop a PFS with 39 homes and commercial units. The second was for amendments by AHMM to Morro’s Co-Living scheme to provide 49 extra shared living homes.

CMA secured a double committee success last week. Our proposals for the Percy Ingle site by Stockwool were approved by Waltham Forest, with 213 homes + 4000sqm commercial. Then our Theydon Road scheme by fourth_space was approved by Hackney, with 48 homes + 2000sqm commercial.

Delighted to see three of our projects, 1 Creekside by @Met_Work, Citizens House by @archio_ltd and Jazz Yard by @BellPhillipsArc, have been shortlisted for the Building London Planning Awards 2023. The winners will be announced in July and we'll be keeping our fingers crossed!
