Years ago I enrolled a young man on a clinical trial as his last therapeutic hope. He was not saved. But before he died he asked me to convey the results of the research to his family posthumously. This week, that study matured & showed a significant survival improvement. 1/

#Lymphedemaawareness month- fact 5. There are different forms and presentations of lymphoedema! We know most about arm lymphoedema after breast cancer but less when about it when it appears due to genetics or in other body regions after lymphatics disruption. so much to learn
