I love it that the picture to illustrate the @unccharlotte move to R1 status was a Public Health researcher working on tick-borne illnesses as part of a One Health initiative. Wilderness medicine is public health. Public health is top tier research. #wildernessmedicine #wildmed.

Interested in Maternal and Child Health? Check out the work of our faculty Drs. @LorenzoNHopper and @PubHealthDahl. They lead a workgroup that brings passionate people from campus and the community together to discuss issues and solutions for MCH in our region.
It's been an incredible day @CLT_CHHS as the MCH workgroup, nursing simulation team, & @CareRingNC came together to offer a simulation on Respectful #Maternity Care by First Team America. The sims are eye-opening & the reflections are valuable. We're already planning for another!
