I'm not too picky I like all matcha! I just don't like it to be TOO sweet (I'm old I know sTOP) and I don't really like the taste of soy milk (it's the aftertaste that throws me off) so whole milk is fine or if I absolutely need to get an alternative, oat is the way to go!
