🤔 @MurrayWatt is that the same @RSPCA that needlessly slaughters 25-35,000 animals annually. More than 20 x the mortality rate of Live Sheeo Exports 🤷🏽♂️
“The @RSPCA has strongly welcomed the Federal Government’s announcement today of a clear plan and timeline for phasing out live sheep export from 1 May 2028, hailing the beginning of a better future for Australian sheep.” 👇 .

A slightly disappointing ewe lamb scanning result will mean we have 1600 ewe lbs for sale. Weighed 270 on 18th April. Nov shorn Not a great market to sell into but $50/hd for the lot would get it done if anyone’s chasing some non Mulesed RWS replacements
Another years Preg scanning done & grateful for the ability to have all lambing stock in containment. Results down on last 2yrs scan %. First year 3wk joining across all adults/hgts. Ewe Lambs back to 5wk joining & disappointing half arsed results reflect half arsed efforts.

Brilliant thread. Very eloquent @AngusJosie.
1. Dear #teal voter, This morning you may be wondering why? Firstly I admire you, likely being a teal voter you & your family have been successful, that comes with hard work & I'm proud of our country that we have such a prosperous, increasing pool of successful people.

Been a bit slack on the #T90 socials. Finished 2023 with 136.2% lamb marking (lambs marked from adult ewes/adult ewes joined). Slightly off our best at 137.4%. Total foetus survival at 81.2%. Twin/Single foetus survival at 84.7%. Edging closer to 90% slowly. Still some work to do
First day of weaning yesterday. July drop ewe lbs weaned at 8-10wks onto lupin/vetch fodder crops. These pics are pre-grazed with ewes & lbs, then ewe lbs back on to settle for a day or two then shifted to ungrazed (pics below 👇🏽) Lbs from another block are going straight in #T90
