My partner got me a cool Game Boy! The build is quite clever, with buttons and switches you can press authentically. Unfortunately, the actual quality of some pieces isn't great: my screen came with a few scratches, and the printed bespoke pieces don't quite line up.

Constantine was at the cinema, so my partner and I went to see it. You know what? It holds up pretty well! It's got a great cast, it's still decent looking SFX, it's funny, and I think it's still worth a watch.

Started Alan Wake 2. Seems a bit stupid how my character is apparently psychic, but sure, why not.

Tried out Conscript on PS Plus Extra: found the combat clunky and painful, which is fine when it's the vibe of the game, and manageable with one enemy at a time. Then it throws seemingly endless guys at you in the first chapter and I died. Fun! Uninstalled.

Game #34 of '25: Battlefield 6. Utter trash.

I'm not complaining, but, this feels like it shouldn't have worked.

I was wondering what to play after Yotei, and I'm thinking Silent Hill 2 might be the shout.

Game #33 of '25: Ghost Of Yotei. Second best single player game I've beat this year.

There's one thing I have an issue with in Yotei. I don't seem able to assassinate people through paper doors like in Tsushima. Maybe I still need to unlock it?

A lot of people on Battlefield 6 last night who don't know The First Rule Of Battlefield.

Seeing ads in the UK advertising BF6 as "available now" when it doesn't unlock for four more hours while I'm at work :(

Peacemaker Season 2 was incredibly boring throughout, but that might be the most boring season finale I've seen in... hell, I've seen.

Tried taking on that Unrivalled fellow at the top of the mountain. Uh. Not good enough to do that yet.

I just launched Yotei, expecting it to go to the main menu, and I could setup my stream and get a drink. Nope! Launched *right* into where I was last standing, in about a second and a half. Amazing. It's like it was able to Resume the game, Quick-ly!

I keep getting caught out by not having abilities I used in Legends a lot, but game good. Game very good.
