Can we talk about how dope Dra. García-Sánchez is ?!?! I need more of this *how* we treat and take up narrative and story in #academia

Notably, Dr. García-Sánchez challenges #CIWF23 to carefully consider the balance of "voice" in stories we write, suggesting we should use participants' own words often (while still including ourselves in the story). Yet, as she notes, sometimes less (of us) is more!

Here to say that Dr Taylor is one of the best mentors ever, and was such a humanizing and thoughtful scholar at the @CI_Editors Writing retreat. I feel so full of love and confidence from this scholarly community.

Today we celebrate Dr. Leanne Taylor. She is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Education at Brock. She has spent the past 15+ years researching and teaching about equity, diversity and activism in education. @Equity_TCDSB @ChamCCS @ccsfootball
